The 2023 Virginia State Beekeepers Association (VSBA) Fall Conference was hosted at the beautiful downtown Colonial Williamsburg from 3 thru 4 November. WAB was in attendance and provide onsite volunteers and preconference coordination. The conference was “one of the largest attendance since COVID” and featured incredible guest speakers Bob Binnie, Randy Oliver Dr. Juliana Rangel. It encompassed workshops, classes for beginners, intermediate classes, beekeeping supplies, fun social events and sightseeing of historic Williamsburg. Our very own Scott McCoy (WAB Training Manager) taught a class on preparing for beekeeping success which included essential equipment & resources. Special thanks to WAB volunteers and training members for making this year’s VSBA fall conference special!
